The selection results of the third call for applications  will be publish after the selection committee meeting.

Applicants will receive a notification of selection results.

SELECTED APPLICANTS

Selected candidates receive a nomination letter providing the details of the scholarship they have been awarded and general information on their mobility, including their rights and obligations.

The nomination letter details the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of both the scholar and the project consortium with regard to financial aspects (transfer of scholarships) as well as administrative and academic aspects (duration & start of mobility, host university, minimum academic requirements and documents to be submitted, services provided to scholars).

REJECTED APPLICANTS
Rejected applicants will receive a letter of rejection via email listing the reasons for rejection as well as providing them with the opportunity to appeal against the decision within a given deadline.

RESERVE LIST APPLICANTS
Reserve list candidates may have the chance to get re-selected, if selected scholars decide not to accept their nomination.
