What are the conditions required to staff for apply?

In order to be eligible, academic and administrative staff must be nationals of LOT-2 countries or of one of the eligible European countries, and must work in or be associated with a HEI within the partnership.

Should the applications be done by the sending university or should I submit my own application?

The application must be directly done and submitted by the candidate.

Can I send the original copy (paper/hard copy) of my application by courier?

In which language should I fill the application form? And what about the attachments?

The Application form must be filled in English.

About documents to be uploaded, the call for applications’ guideline states that “candidates have to submit all supporting documents in the official language of instruction of the hosting university, or failing that, in English”.

That is to say, documents to be uploaded should be translated preferably in the language of the host university. Only if it is not possible, you should send it in English.

Do I need to translate my documents?

For original documents that are not in English, or in the language of instruction at the host university, you must upload scanned versions of certified translations/official translations of all these documents into English or the language of your host country. If not, the host university will not be able to assess the documentation.
